We're excited to bring you a very special event next weekend! Please join Wasat and our friends from the Mihraab Foundation and MAPS Seattle to welcome and learn from one of America's most prominent Muslim scholars, Imam Zaid Shakir, on Sunday February 26.

The program will take the form of a conversation, with Imam Zaid interviewed by Baraka Blue in an exploration of "The Future of Islam in America." It will be recorded as the 60th episode of the podcast Path and Present. You can hear a previous interview with Imam Zaid on the podcast (episode #04) as well as interviews with many other fascinating voices exploring what it means to walk a path of awakening and spiritual discernment in the modern world.
