Direct Assistance — Your Zakat Gift directly assists individuals and families in need in the Seattle Area.
Neighborly Need Iftars — Every Ramadan we serve Iftar meals to those in need in our Seattle community. Your Zakat Gift goes directly to serve hundreds of hot meals to break the fast of those families in need in South Seattle.
Convert Care — Your Zakat Gift directly assists converts and new Muslims in their sustainable conversion and holistic practice of Islam with these programs: Wasat classes, books and other resources, one-on-one mentoring with a Wasat staff member (covering Fard al Ayn Instruction, Seerah (the Prophet’s life), and assistance navigating the path.
